I’m new to the community and have been studying how to develop an omnichannel chatbot for the company I work for. I had previously tested a simpler tool but quickly realized the potential of Manychat to centralize and replace almost all of the company's marketing solutions.

I’ve been exploring the platform for a few days now and making adjustments for the new bot. However, I’ve encountered some challenges. First, the lack of a field to use equations or code for handling variables, as I was able to do in the platform I used before. From what I understand, this has to be handled via API instead.

But now I’m stuck on another issue. I use Google Sheets as a temporary database to retrieve old orders or product recommendations for personalized orders.

When trying to use the "Get Row By Value" feature specifically, the fields where I match the Google Column Titles with Manychat Data are not saved when I click Save. When I reopen it, I see the same fields filled in as before, but all the matches are gone.

I haven’t faced the same issue with inserting or updating rows, and I’ve already checked that the data format matches, that the sheet has data, and so on. Can anyone help me with this?
