I checked on my own account, and ManyChat is working normally. Also, according to their status page, there are no reported outages at the moment:

I recommend updating your permissions if you have not done so yet:

Oi ​@clobare , aqui tambem não esta funcionando.
Todas as automações pararam e já foi feito tudo, permissões ok, Meta ok e não volta. 

Abri um ticket porque estou no meio de um lançamento e do nada parou. 

Need help here guys, its just not working! Did everything required on facebook yet it won’t work, refreshed all permissions and did troubleshoots as well!! 
How to raise a support ticket can someone pls respond? I was in the middle of a drop...

Yeah my automations stopped today as well. So frustrating, did everything to fix it, considering cancelling.

Pessoal, bom dia.

Ficamos ontem a tarde toda com este problema, atualizamos as permissões e tambem verificaçoes do META, tudo ok.

A unica coisa que resolveu o porblema, que decidimos correr o risco a noite, foi desistalar o instagram do Manichat e instalar novamente. 

Voltou ao normal, mas perdemos todos os contatos. 

Estamos em lançamento por aqui e 4 automações rodando de uma vez. Todas pararam…. 

A situação foi bem critica por aqui. 

Resetar foi a unica solução, para não ficarmos mais um dia sem a plataforma.

and over 300 automations running… if i uninstall all the automations will get deleted too right?

Todas as minhas antigas e as atuais permaneceram sem nehuma alteração.

Agora os contatos, infelizmente perdi e eram muitos. 

Tentei falar no suporte do manychat diversas vezes, mas o retorno pelo jeito vai demorar, vi uma mensagem que estão ausentes até inicio do proximo mês.

Que achei um absurdo todos se ausentarem e não ter ninguem para atender os clientes ativos.

Exclui o instagram e reinstalei.

Tentei antes a opção desabilitar, mas aqui não resolveu.
