I am attempting to set up an automation that involves an external request to send data via API to an outside platform. Is there a way to determine the IP address from where the API call used for the external request will originate? This other platform could potentially require the server’s IP to be whitelisted in order to allow the API calls to come through

You’d need to confirm with their support - you an open a ticket at https://help.manychat.com
Regardless, I’d suggest using other authentication methods like a secret key for example.
