I created a flow to get users that click on our ad to trigger the Manychat bot, but only the first part of the chat is triggered. When customer enters email, the rest of the flow doesn’t work.  I have 44 messages sent on first flow, but then nothing from there.  What am I doing wrong?

Two things to change:

  1. Delete this button and use a Quick Reply instead
  2. Delete this connection. This probably is breaking the flow. The first interaction must come from the user selecting the Quick Reply.
