ManyChat - Google Sheet Integration Problem

Hello everyone, I am using Google Sheet Integration with Instagram automations. I am collecting some information on Instagram and inserting or updating columns in Google Sheet. Sometimes related columns are totally mixing up by ManyChat integration. I am looking-up the row by Contact Id which is given by the ManyChat system field, I think it should just work fine. I am waiting for some help on this, thanks. 


As you can see from the screenshot below that some text are written in the Phone section, which is not how its setted.

@Adilinan if you’re sure everything is setup properly, then open a support ticket.

I’ve used this integration for years and never had issues like that, so I’d bet that there’s an issue with the setup.

But if that’s not the case, customer support is the only ones who will be able to help you.

@Adilinan you’re adding or updating information wrong somewhere in your flow, or you have something else connected to this Google Sheet that’s writing the information there.

Check everything that you have going on and make sure all mappings are correct. Most likely the mapping is wrong at some point of your automations, which is messing up all your formatting.

Once you find and fix it, clean the wrong data (or start off with a clean sheet), to make sure it works properly and that the data is consistent.

I have one automation, and one step that I am updating columns and its this one. My google sheet is also not shared with anyone, the only one is me, the creator of the sheet. I checked my Google Sheet mapping and everything is correctly set up. I even tried to duplicate the sheet and re-arrange the columns and mapping, it feels like to me that there’s something to be fixed.
