I’m noticing today - Feb 13th, 2025, when I get manychat DMs from other people on Instagram, the links aren’t working.

It says “there was a problem loading the website”

Also noticing this with my own ManyChat DMs i’m sending people that comment.

Is anyone experiencing the same thing, is this a server issue or reported outage with ManyChat?

I’ve also been seeing this same issue with manychat DMs I send to accounts and manychat DMs I receive from other accounts. Whenever I try to view a link in the message it doesn’t work. I just get:

 

“there was a problem loading the website”


Exact same issue over here. My prospects can't open my links. It's so frustrating and I'm losing business!


Aside from posting the issue here, how would you get support from ManyChats?  I just set up the trial but would like to know more about overall experiences and in this instance, are you getting resolution?


I'm testing a new automation tool because I've had too many issues with this one :(


I am having the same issue today, 2/15/25, started around 12 pm EST. I submitted a ticket at that time as critical priority and 6 hours later still no response. NONE of my buttons are working. I have almost 100 automations to go through and replace manual links as a workaround. I am NOT happy there is no answer and no response from them - let alone no one working on it for this long. It’s clearly a server issue on their end. 


Same issue here! Anyone have a fix yet?


Going on 48 hours broken over here and I’m getting the complete runaround with the help ticket they finally answered 24 hours after I submitted it. I’m getting no answers. I’m told they’re testing it on their android and it works “flawlessly” well I don’t see that on my end, and what about iphones? 

I’m being told to disable the link shortener in settings however that makes it so Manychat can’t track Click Through Data, which I pay monthly to have access to (hello, that’s why we use ManyChat).


This is totally ridiculous. Has anyone submitted a ticket and gotten a helpful response from their help? I’m about to request a different rep because this one is not taking me seriously and every answer I get is a complete gaslight.

@rodrigo_silvano My ticket is #276328 can you confirm you’ve got it? I opened it on Saturday so we’re going on several days of no fix. It is a cross-platform issue. Mobile/desktop, iphone/android, facebook/instagram, all affected. I was first alerted by several of my commenters on Instagram and Facebook, who I imagine were using all range of Wi-Fi, operating systems and devices. It is not specific to any one thing. It’s the redirect through the Manychat server.
