I am experiencing an issue with the integration between ManyChat and Instagram. Whenever my customers respond to automatic messages sent through ManyChat, their responses go to the "General" inbox on Instagram instead of the "Primary" inbox. This is causing me to miss important interactions since I don't see these messages right away.
I have tried adjusting settings in both ManyChat and Instagram, but I haven't been able to find a solution. I would appreciate any help on how to make sure that the automated messages from ManyChat are directed to the "Primary" inbox instead of "General." Please help me
