i am new here so forgive me, however my issue is that i (IG business account) manually wrote to another user and then hoped that the reply from the user would be captured by manychat so that i can reply to it via manychat unfortunately manychat did not even trigger its as if there was no message at all that was sent. What am I missing

When you start a conversation with a user, they won’t be subscribed to your account unless they respond.
What kind of automation did you set up? It was “user send a message”?
And what was the user’s answer?
Do the user’s response and the keyword match?
If you could provide this information along with a screenshot of your automation, it will be great to analyze and be able to help you.
