I have a scenario built in Make to Create/Change contact information and send to ActiveCampaign. The problem is, ManyChat isn't sending email information from my flow in ManyChat to the AC module in Make.

 

Any idea how to fix that?

Hey @TamaraRidge I'd check the flow, make sure the person has an email, and double check the info that's getting to Make.com

If all looks good and it's still not sending the email, I'd change the Make.com trigger from the Manychat trigger to a Webhook on Make and an External Request on Manychat. With this setup you have total control over what's being sent to Make.com, so you can make sure all the data is sent the way you want.
