Hi ManyChat community!
 

I recently noticed I’m having an issue with META. I have double checked that Facebook is connected but for some reason I am not receiving some messages that come through META and if a message has been replied to in META, it is not showing up in ManyChat.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or know how to resolve the issue? Thank you!
