Manychat Not Working For Days - Need Urgent Help

I am creating a post regarding my Manychat automations not working for a while. When I try to “Refresh Permissions”, I get a bar on the top of my screen that says “You have insufficient rights to reload the account”. I am not sure what to do and I am posting everyday with the use of a comment automation so I do not want my Manychat automations to go to waste without figuring out the problem. I also have gone through the chatbot suggestions and followed the steps with advanced refreshing options, but seems like that bar at the top of the screen keeps saying ““You have insufficient rights to reload the account”. Please help me out with this ASAP.

likewise. tried all their steps and nothing worked. wondering why sales were going down for clients and myself. paying for multiple accounts and automations haven’t been running for weeks. Refund would be a minimal solution, but would appreciate help from someone. customer service seems to be a joke here. bummer because i’ve been using it and telling a lot of others to add it as an integral part of their strategy as well. can’t do that any longer as this isn’t just any minor issue.

Same, now all of the sudden I had to pay $80 to use the AI automation for it to not work and be harder to use!!!!

Hey ​@agastyag.ai , the "insufficient rights" error usually means the Instagram account connected to ManyChat doesn't have the right admin permissions, or the Facebook Page linked to it has a permission issue on the backend.

A couple of quick things to check: make sure the Facebook account you used to connect ManyChat is the admin of the Facebook Page linked to your Instagram. Also check if your Instagram is still properly connected to that Facebook Page in Meta Business Suite.

Could you send a quick Loom video showing the error and your current connection settings? That will help me pinpoint the exact issue and get it fixed for you quickly.
