Hi Community!

Hoping someone has experienced this issue and can lend some advice.

I have ManyChat set up for my IG business account. I’ve tested it multiple times from multiple accounts (mine & my husband’s) and it works great!

However, I’ve noticed ManyChat is only auto responding on my business acct to accounts I’m connected with on my personal account.

Has anyone experienced this? How do I fix it?
