Manychat sequence strange behavior

Hi,

Greetings from Vegas! I'm new to ManyChat's sequence feature and could use some help.

I created a sequence and tested it using my test Instagram account, and it worked fine. However, when make 1,604 contacts to subscribe the same sequence, only 8 received the messages. There are no errors in the log either. I've read ManyChat's blog, but it didn't help resolve the issue.

Does anyone know how to debug this or check what might be going wrong?

Most likely you’re trying to send messages outside the 24 hours window.

In Instagram, you can only send messages to people who have interacted within the last 24 hours. If you send to people outside this 24 hours window they will not get it.

When are your messages scheduled? Are they outside this 24 hours from last interaction?
