ManyChat shows a sign of on live chat, but the chat conversation doesn't show

I start a chat on WhatsApp, and ManyChat shows a notification and sounds for a new chat, but the conversation doesn't appear.

@eferreira07 check on the "Closed" conversations - you should see it there.

Also check your setting in Settings > Live Chat Behaviour. If you have it set like this:

Then you need to explicitly open the conversation with an Action step to set the conversation as Open.
