We are working with a city to implement a chatbot for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and their website. The bot should not only provide information but also allow users to fill out forms directly within the chat.

We need a centralized platform to manage these forms, which the bot can trigger based on user requests. For example, if someone wants to apply for a fishing license, the bot should open the relevant form within the chat, the user fills it out, submits it, and the city receives the data for further processing. The key requirement is that users stay within the platform (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) rather than being redirected to an external form like Typeform.

 

Now as far as the knowledge system goes this can easily be integrated into the flow I suppose. We need to find a way to sync their database with a vector database like supabase or Pinecone but that I guess can easily be integrated. 

But regarding the rest: Can Manychat fulfill this?

@KiremitSnapchat almost, the only thing Manychat won’t do is the chatbot for their website.

Everything else is possible.

I asked their support with this and they referred me to the community even though this is more of a Sales question which apparently the community should answer. I have some specific questions about integrating third party form tools so that they can be integrated in Whatsapp Facebook and Instagram - same goes for the knowledge base which in our case is Supabase.
