Im trying to build a system where one software sends the initial DM, then ManyChat carrie’s out the conversation and books an appt via instagram DMs. I have a few questions surrounding this…

Is it possible? For another software to send the initial DM then manychat carrie’s out the conversation to set the appointment?

Also, i noticed that the pricing changes by the number of contacts. 

My question is what is considered a contact? Can manychat have a bunch of conversations and set appointments without them being considered as contacts? 

And does manychat make you opt in to something to make you into a contact before it can conversate with the person?

Curious because if manychat considers each conversation as a contact then the pricing will scale very quickly and may not be a viable option.
