I’m trying to save a new automation and it keeps saying mark this comment as a message or reply?
It won’t let me go any further but I have already marked it as comments with keywords.
I followed the threads guidance and marked as instagram opt in, but it is still taking me back to the first message?

click the Red text “within 24h window” and change it to comment reply
But i don’t want the reply to go to the comments, I want it in the DM? It doesn’t give that option
It will not it is just a method if u are sending message as “comment reply” or “within 24h window” u have here TRIGGER for comment so u need to send FIRST message as comment reply
I don’t understand. Leave as a comment reply suggests it isn’t a pm message but a comment within the post? It isn’t the first message saying this, it’s the second
