Hello,

I would like to confirm some information regarding the "Mark conversation as open" and "Assign conversation" options in my flow.

If I select "Mark conversation as open," the user can send me a message, but it seems they can no longer explore the other resources of my bot until I reply to them.

However, if I select "Assign conversation," the user can send a message and continue exploring the resources of my bot, even if I reply only a few hours later.

Is this information correct?

Mark Conversation as Open will show the conversation on the Live Chat, and possibly stop automations for 30 minutes.

Assign Conversation will add a Live Chat agent to a person (whoever you chose on the automation), but will not stop automations.

If I'm not mistaken that's how it works. Hope this helps!
