Message is failed to send, please contact Manychat Support” I get this message when using the live chat for instagram. Whatsapp works though. None of my IG automations work, not even the menu.

Same problem with WhatsApp, manychat support is very lacking

my automations are not received by potential buyers. I have deleted and re-added automations and still not working. I have refreshed permissions for Instagram and Facebook and still no automations could you assist me because this is vital to my business
