“Message is failed to send, please contact Manychat Support” I get this message when using the live chat for instagram. Whatsapp works though. None of my IG automations work, not even the menu.

I'm struggling with the same issue but whith whatsapp it says Message is failed to send, please contact Manychat Support everytime i want to reply a message...
I also have that problem, I already sent a ticket but they don't respond
