Hello, I'm new to ManyChat and struggling to see why this flow isn’t working. They click the button and get tagged and then it’s supposed to send a message to those who are tagged, or if they don’t click the button they don’t get tagged it should send a follow up. I tested it and got tagged but nothing happens after that. It seems nothing is happening after the yellow action box. Where did I go wrong?

To start, the button click does not reset the 24 hours rule, so you cannot send more messages.
Also you have issues with how you setup the condition + tag - the way you have it setup, the person would always go to the path on top.

After reading the article I get that the button opening an external URL did not activate the 24 hour window or count as an opt-in so I changed that.
I’m still confused about the tag though 
Is this correct now?
One last change and you’ll be done!
The smart delay has to come before the condition.
First you wait 23 hours, THEN you check if they clicked. And if they didn’t, you send the message.
