Hello! I'm hoping someone can help me out with this issue I'm having. 
 

so I set up my auctions and they work, someone comments on my video and they get the DM automation with an external link… BUT the actual message inside the automation that I set up doesn't show up. 
 

I've attached an image so you know what I mean.
 

Below the “Hi‍♂️” there's more text before the button, but it's not showing. 
 

Anyone else have this issue?
