My question is related to the image. I have my flow built and synced with FB Messenger. I’m setting up FB Ads to push traffic to messenger / Many Chat flow. In the ads manager setup it’s asking me “How do you want to welcome people who tap on your ad? Select a template.” (see image). Why am I seeing this?? Can anyone advise?

What kind of ad are you setting up? The Facebook ads trigger is only available for traffic, engagement, and sales campaigns.
And I think you’ll have an option “partner app” below the option you show on the image.
