A lot of people have tried using our client messenger links: www.messenger.com/t/clientname AND m.me/clientname that we have mentioned in articles and emails, yet the links are inconsistent in opening their Messenger conversation. Often times it just opens just the app, not the conversation. We noticed this primarily on phones. We have a new drop next week and we’d like to drive people to Messenger. Has anyone else ran into this?
