Hi All,

We have a restaurant and use manychat to run an offers campaign with four offers linked to a lead magnet ad on facebook. It’s a great system and works really well…. BUT…. many customers try to redeem the same offer over and over again and can’t remember which one they have already used.

We want to set a monthly reminder of which offers each user can still use.

I’m not sure how best to do this though, whether or how to use an array, or whether it’s possible with googlesheets and lookups.

Each offer has a unique tag so we can track who has redeemed which offer and prevent more than one redemption of the same offer.

Help would be appreciated.

Update: I have the google sheets updating for which offers have been redeemed and which haven’t, they are in true/false format.

Now I need to work out how to get ManyChat ot pull that data back down and put it in a format that can go out as a reminder once or twice a month, to remind people which offers they have or haven’t used.

I’d really appreciate some help on this.
