My scheduled Reel posted last night. This morning, I noticed that the automation I set up on it had not been used. When I checked it, I realized that ManyChats is not “seeing” it as posted. This is preventing me from using the “next reel/post” as a trigger option for my upcoming reel (for this afternoon). I’ve tried refreshing permissions on ManyChats, refreshing permissions (completely) on Facebook, and making sure the messaging settings on Instagram are correct. Nothing works.
