Hi there,

I would like to know if it is possible to move custom fields freely in ManyChat.

For example, I have 5 custom fields in the following order:

  1. A
  2. B
  3. C
  4. D
  5. E

I would like to move E from position 5 to position 1, so the order becomes:

  1. E
  2. A
  3. B
  4. C
  5. D

I would appreciate any information or guidance you can provide on this matter.

You can set them to display any way you want…

Where exactly do you need to change the order that you can’t right now?

Here is my goal. 

You can’t move them.

But these are sorted in alphabetical order. So you may wanna try numbering them (something like “01. Order ID/Order Ref” to make sure it appears on top.

It appears that this method may not be working.

I have tried the following:

  • Editing the existing custom field to "01. Order ID/Order Ref". However, the position remains the same.
  • Creating a new custom field and setting it to "00. Order ID/Order Ref". However, it is still not displayed at the top of the Custom field list

 

So, I know it’s sorted in alphabetical order, but I’ve no idea when there are non-latin characters…

But you should be able to sort this out playing around with the characters.
