Hi, I have Manychat enabled for my DMs and when a person writes multiple DMs in a row (let’s say 5), then Manychat also responds to 5 in a row, frequently repeating in content. Is there a condition/anything I could introduce to respond always only to 1 DM when multiple are sent in a row?

Yes u can create user field and if user interacted with ur account u can set this field and before u send automation check for this value if it is already filled with something
