My automation isn't working. I built it, two people tested it, including myself from two different Instagram accounts, and everything was fine. However, it doesn't start for a friend of mine. He has tested my automations before, so we don't understand what the problem is. It doesn't work for him with two different keywords either. Where should I look for the issue?

I have one more question. I've seen others set up a VIP DM list, so they can send me messages later as well. How should I set this up?
VIP dm list? There is a option of instagram list.if anyone subscribe your IG DM list, you can send them message outside of 24 hours.

new account can’t get instagram DM list and if they don’t apply for DM list earlier it is impossible to get it now
