Today i have created an automation that when someone comment any word on my Facebook ads post it should send a DM and reply the comment but like 7 people have commented and the automation did nothing, what i’m doing wrong?

Hi, you should check if the trigger is enabled because everything worked in testing

nothing wrong with your flow.. maybe it’s on Facebook settings. find business integrations and handover protocol
