Hello!

My custom fields are not reflecting in my create contact form. Could you please help me out to set them up there?

@Marcos M when you create a contact you can only add First/Last Names, Email, Phone, WhatsApp and gender.

Once you create the contact, you can click on the contact on the 'Contacts' tab and update the Custom Fields you need to update.

Actually I’m setting up an automation using Pabbly. 

And would like to find the way to update 7 custom fields in one step… As I see now, I can do it in 7 steps…

Any help?

Check the setCustomFields endpoint ;)

You can do up to 20 fields at a time.

Hi, @Marcos M!

You must use the complete phone number (with country codes).


@fgaulke If the country code not included in phone it should give us error but it's giving us success response.

Even if the phone number  is not there in our many chat it's still giving us success response which is not correct

 

Could you please check it?

I have one more question for you…

I have an automation that asks for email. The issue I’m facing, is that more than one person replied with the same email address.. 

I would like to delete the email from a contact, to leave it blank.

How could I do it?


Hey @Marcos M you can change that on the Contacts tab, by clicking on the person that you need to change.

I’ve tried to delete it there but It doesn’t allow me to delete… just to edit it


@Marcos M it won't let you delete it, just modify it.

I suggest you modify it to a dummy value and unsubscribe the person from email. You can also delete the contact if you no longer need it.
