my Live chat can not reply to user

Hi there
for now my Livechat can not reply to customer, but if we go to FB page inbox we could reply as normal.
Anyone here have the same issue like me?

    Same problem here, all of them are allocated as live chat agents, but I cannot respond to any leads coming in via manychat. Did you manage to resolve it? If so, how?
