My recent reels aren't showing when I try to add a new trigger. I have tried it incognito and also have done the refresh (can't remember what it's called in ManyChat) I'm still unable to see my recent reel.

If you tried to Refresh Instagram Permissions (Settings/ Instagram) and it still didn't work… I suggest open a ticket to the Support Team at https://help.manychat.com/
