Manychat did not release my WhatsApp after unlinking my account from the Manychat network and then deleting Manychat, and as a result, I can no longer connect WhatsApp . is there a solution, or is a legal process the only way?

If you have the physical chip, you should be able to disconnect from the Business Manager.
If you bought the number from Manychat, get a new number.
