I use the ManyChat API to receive information about my subscribers, chats, and tag updates. While I can obtain relevant information about the subscriber, I do not receive any information about who is responsible for the chat on the ManyChat side. For example, if I want to create a deal in CRM based on conditions in ManyChat, I need to assign the same manager responsible for the chat in ManyChat to the deal in CRM. How can I resolve this? I have checked the API documentation, but there is no information related to this crucial detail. I need help!

There’s nothing automatic for that.
What I suggest is that you set a user field with the name of the manager, or you could also tag the person. That way you can pull this information through the API.
