We are trying to set up an automation that sends
a reminder before an appointment time. Here is what we currently have:
We save the appointment date and time in a custom field called appointments_date.
We created a rule that says:
“1 day after appointment_date at 00:00”
This runs our reminder automation.
But the problem is: this is not sending the reminder after or before.
For example, if someone books an appointment for July 22 at 9:00 AM, we want to send them a reminder 12 hours before (i.e., on July 21 at 9:00 PM).
