Good afternoon from Buenos Aires, community!

I’ve been improving our AI CHAT BOT to the point that it’s working REALLY well. But i Have one problem. 

I can’t find an effective way to label the chats of people who NEED a human attention to resolve a problem or question. 

This is the most common sense solution i’ve found to implement, but it don’t seem to work well. 

In synthesis what I would need to do is: When people chatting with AI say the world “TALK TO / HUMAN / PERSONA”, Aor it would be even better if AI recognized the situation] send that chat to a label to be more easibly found by our representatives.

You could assign the contact to a specific team member:

 

… or use the “Notify Assignees” Action to send an email:

 

 

That's what I prefer to use in these cases. Not "the most elegant” solution, but it works well.
