I've created an automation flow and need to make two final adjustments. The first one is to change that default profile message, "Hello, I'm using WhatsApp," but I can't find where to edit it. I've already found where to edit the profile picture, WhatsApp Business message, email, and other profile settings, but this particular message is elusive.
Another thing is, I'd like to see if there's a way to set up an automatic welcome message if a user just opens the chat on WhatsApp without doing anything. As soon as they open the chat, I'd like to send a welcome message without a link or keyword trigger.
