So do I understand correctly, if I migrate now from Whatsapp business to Whatsapp business API then if I keep the current number I have delays and lose all old chats and if I use a new number I need to inform all my customers that the business number changed but if I wait a bit I will have the option of seamless integration? Sounds like worth delaying the implementation of manychat until that solution exists correct?

But I guess that yes, most business will prefer to wait a couple weeks extra ;)

Thank you!!! OK I will wait. What happens if after I try out the API I decide I want to go back to Whatsapp business, is there a way back without losing everything?

​@Angloinvest you’ll most likely lose everything, the app will start from scratch.

I haven’t tried it though… So if you do try it, let me know how it goes :D
