Hi All! Looking for some help please!
About 1 week ago I noticed my automations were not working at all. I tried everything I could do but nothing worked. Reached out to support and over a few days, they somewhat helped me. We removed my instagram from manychat and re-added and my old automations started working again, except the auto reply portion. They will send DM’s but they won’t auto reply. I was kind of OK with that but then I noticed issues with new automations. When I create a new automation, my newer posts will NOT populate. I can only use reels or posts from before Jan. 28. 2 days ago support stopped answering me so I’m reaching out here for any insight.
I did realize that somewhere around the 28th I got verified on Instagram. Not sure if that is where the problem lies.
I’ve gone through as much help stuff on here as I can and nothing seams to work. I’ve refreshed permissions at least 10 times. lol. Thanks for any help I get.
