Most of the “new rules” exist quite a while. They are just being updated probably due to the growing use of Meta's services.

We can always remember that Manychat is an official Meta partner. This means they MUST follow Meta's policies and rules, or they get blocket by Meta.

At this moment, if you use your channels to send spam or any content that violates Meta's policies, you'll get blocked. If you have a huge IG account and try to respond every comment with the same content, you'll get blocked... and this will continue the same.

But if you follow Meta's policies and use good practices with your automations, nothing changes.

Thank you for the clarification! I’d like to ask: if we use Manychat to automatically send lead magnets via direct messages in response to comments with a specific keyword, would that be considered a violation?

Previously, we would create Reels offering a useful resource if someone commented with a specific word, and Manychat would then send the lead magnet to their inbox.

Am I correct in understanding that as long as we follow Meta’s policies and avoid spam, this practice is still allowed? I just want to ensure we can continue using this approach.
