New to Manychat and automation not working

Hello, New to Manychat and automation not working...all looks good but isn’t working properly when I enter key word in comments. I am sure missing easy step...any insight would be greatly appreciated :)

    Have you tried to check your permissions on Meta’s side?

    Appreciate the help, I have refreshed socials and set up after June 2024...still not working, so will continue trouble shooting.
