I have the free version of Manychat so far, I want to try it out before I subscribe. I successfully connected my IG account, I can even see my posts in Manychat and live chats. I created a very simple automation but when I go to test it it doesn’t work. I refreshed my permissions. I am at a loss of how to find out what I’m doing wrong or how to fix it. Can someone help? Thank you

Hey Kariann! Did you follow all the steps in this tutorial when connecting your Instagram account to Manychat?
I don’t understand the Chatamize, what is that? Your Facebook page looks completely different than mine. Are you in the meta business suite? This program is so not user friendly
