Could you please help me? I have only one message in my newsletter (consisting of a photo and text), but it arrives in parts and with a delay: first the photo, then the text after some time (a delay of 2-3-5-10 minutes).

There are throttling rules that cap how many messages you can send on the API. You may just be sending too many messages to too many people and you’re being throttled.

Yeah your messages are being throttled. You can either slow down (space out the message delivery to subscribers), or send only 1 message to make sure they get it all correctly.
