Newsletter flow along with sending specific Message by following on Instagram

Hi all,Hope you are doing well.This is my first post.I need an assistance to create a flow as per below requirement.I want to send a newsletter to our subscriber using the Klaviyo. When user click on the newsletter and follow us on the instagram, after following if user sends a specific message then we want to send a message.if user following and not sending a message then want to send the user a follow up message.If user followed but not sending a message then want to send the follow up message to send the message.Can you please assist?Thank you
