I’ve been using manychat pro but I got a new credit card. Because of this, my Manychat was removed from pro and is now basic. I can’t for the life of me find how to upgrade. Idk if it is a glitch, but there is no option anywhere to do it. Can anyone help with this?

Did you try going to Settings > Billing?
That’s the thing. I don’t have an option to click billing. It’s so strange. I’m logged in because I can see ticket history, but the only button I can click is “submit a ticket”
Ok, go to Settings > Team. Then click on your name.
You’ll see a checkbox with the word ‘Billing’ on it. Make sure it’s checked, then refresh your page.
You should now see the Settings > Billing option.
PS: You have to be Admin to be able to do that.
There is no settings option I think something might be going on with my dashboard.
