if the error is on Meadows part then why is Manychat the only one having this problem?

totally unacceptable. Customer service  is nonexistent. I am paying for the services as well. I am looking into  LinkDM

Been having this problem for the last week. Do you have a custom button included with the DM you have automated? (link a “Click Here” button) 

When I removed that and just placed the link at the end of the DM, the message came across in full, but doing this seems to remove any tracking of the link you have so you can’t see if it’s being clicked on or not. 

Very frustrating bug all around.
