Hi All, 

I’ve been using Manychat for a couple of months now successfully with dm’s. I’ve just tried to set up comment automation on several reels, the comments are working instantly but the users are not a receiving a notification that i’ve replied to their comment. I’ve tested this from 6 different accounts now all with the same result. If they go back to the video they can see a response, but they are not aware of my reply because Manychat is not sending a comment notification, the direct messaging is also working as normal. 

Can anyone explain this? The comments are not tagging the user either like a typical comment reply, just replying underneath.
