I have created an automation where if someone comments on my reel/post, they get a DM with the relevent details. However, I’m noticing that even though I’ve included the “First Name” feature provided by ManyChat, when the DM goes to people, for most of them it just says “Hi,” instead of “Hi nFirst Name]”

Why is this happening and how can I resolve it?
