I just bought the pro version, and now for some reason the bot is not even getting triggered for any comments on the reel. Interestingly for the reels previously posted they are still getting the messages. I haven’t yet tried posting another reel to see if the issue is just with this particular reel or not.
have already tried refreshing permissions.

Check if the triggers are active and if the automation is saved.
You can also try to rebuild your automation from scratch and test if it works…

Yes my trigger is active and I have already tried reproducing it and it still fails.
the other thing I have noticed is if the account was following me from before buying the pro version then those accounts are receiving the messages when they comment. Any new account that just started following me, regardless of whether it is a public or private account, are not receiving the messages.
