Morning.
For some reason my manychat is not showing all messages in live order.
I can see the contact being added as a subscriber and the message on my instagram page but it doesnt show in my unnasigned. If I search it I can find the message in manychat and its only when i message them that it pops into manychats chats in time order.
Anything I need to do?

If your contact opted-in through an automation, they’ll be in the “closed” tab.
Go to settings → Live Chat Behavior
Choose one of the following options:
When you create an automation, you need to add an action block to open the conversation so that it appears in the “open” tab.
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
